hari ni tiba-tiba kereta macam ada jerk...masuk gear N ke D lepas brake
kereta mcm jalan tak jalan je...masuk ke gear R pun sama...tekan pedal
minyak baru jalan...
sebelum ini tak
tekan pedal pun kereta dah jalan...masalah tak berlaku selalu pulak
tu...kadang-kadang. Lampu check enjin pun tak menyala. Enjin tak
mati...bawa pi check SC Hari ini check tak ada pulak faulty...
SC suspek OCV (oil control valve). Ada pendapat tak tentang kes macam ini...ingat nak try cuci filter OCV tu dulu..
Dengar harga pun dekat RM800++
Kat mana kedudukan OCV ni?
Bahagian belakang enjin...sebelah pemandu...kena buka cover enjin dan ada nampak wayar masuk ke ocv tu...
Yup...ada 3 filter kat situ...SC cakap ketiga-tiga filter tu sepatutnya tak bergerak... kena selari...
Filter ni boleh dibuka tapi hati-hati...jangan smpai patah...

Same old story -
minyak kena jaga. The solenoid is a very sensitive part as it has a very
tight tolerance. Slight contaminant can cause it to jam up. Even using
good oil of a viscosity too high can cause issue. 5W30 is preferred.
Simple conceptual explanation - Solenoid buka, minyak masuk VVT phaser, intake valve
timing advance. Solenoid tutup, minyak dipicit keluar dari VVT phaser,
timing retard balik asal.
In action, solenoid
is pulsed by PWM controller to control the amount of oil flowing into
the phaser. Cam sensor reads the deflection, and the pulse rate is held
to maintain at a certain deflection. Pulsing stops and the valve is back
to the rest position, to allow oil to flow out of the phaser.
Sebab apa pagi
susah start? Sebab phaser pumped up with oil overnight. Causing intake
valve to open too soon, causing a lost in the compression.
Kenapa engine mati
masa idling, sebab solenoid sealing dah out, minyak mengalir masuk ke
phaser, advancing the intake cam, disrupting the compression at low rev.
Cara - cara mencuci OCV
- masuk current, rendam dalam minyak engine. Bagi dia pulse.

polarity tak penting. It's a coil.
- Dah cuci...dan dah test buat cpr...tgk solenoid ada pergerakan...buka dan tutup atau plunger naik dan turun...hopefully ok la....
