Surah An'am (6) and its secrets to Cure
The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "The Qur'an was revealed in one fifth part, whoever memorised it in one fifth parts would not forget it. Except for Surah al An'am (6), which was revelaed in it's entirity, seen off by 70,000  angels from each heaven until they delivered it to the Prophet. Never has it been recited over a sick person, without Allah granting him a cure"[Baihaqi & Khatib]
Allah Gave Sayyiduna Prophet Dawud-(a.s.) the Pslams and its like and better is Surah An'am (6).
I've mention The merits and Benefits of Surah An'am and now its known of its secrets to cure or give Shifa. Surah An'am - "...
Never has it been recited over a sick person, without Allah granting him a cure".

Bad habits and  Satan whispering issues Was-was first 3 verses of Surah An'am-(6)Hadith and "Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam said, "Whoever prays the first 3 verses of Surah An'am until Wa ya'lamu ma taksibun, Allah Ta'ala appoints for him 1,000 angels who record his worship similar of their own. And an angel descends from the 7th heaven, with a crooked rod of iron. Now when the satan wishes to whisper to the reciter or drive into his heart the inclination of some sin the angel hits the satan such a hard blow that 70 barriers form between the satan and the reciter. And on Resurrection Day Allah Ta'ala will say to him, 'Walk in My shade this day in which besides My shade no other shade exists. And eat the fruits of My paradise and drink from the pool of Kawthar, and take a wash from the spring of Salsabeel, for you are My servant and I am your Lord." (Tafsir of al Qurtubi)

Dua of Sayyiduna Ayyub is used for Shifa:
When Prophet Ayyub was afflicted with an incurable sickness the above is what is recited which is from the (Quran-21:83)

Anni massani Anni massani'ad-durru wa anta arhammur-rahimin
I am afflicted/ distress has seized me;and you are The Most Gracious of those who are merciful. (Quran-21:83)
Dua of Sayyiduna Ayyub is used for Shifa as well as Black Magic and "Cupping-Hijama" is also known to take out Black Magic "Cupping-Hijama", as Hijama takes out all dirty blood and also Black Magic. Ibn Al-Qayyum mentions that the Messenger (s) was afflicted with Black Magic and was cupped on the head to treat it. He also highlights that Hijama is one of the best cures to treat Black Magic if performed correctly (Zaad al Ma'aad 4/125-126).
Khawass al-Quran (Miraculous Properties of the Qur'an): The "miraculous properties" of practically each passage of the Qur'an are discussed including their curative properties for various diseases. It is said that when Surah 38 (Saad) is recited on a sleeping person it cures breathing problems; when written down and read during a patient's waking hours, it cures illness. A person who continuously recites it will be immune from all troubles at night.   Its taken from, Al-Hakim Al-Tamimi: Khawass al-Qur’an (Miraculous Properties of Qur’an). Ism Adham-Allah’s Greatest Name and – secrets of Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum in dua

Sunnah Dua-Supplication for Difficulties, Distress, stressful trials

Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, bi-Rahmatika astagheeth
Anas ibn Malik (Allah be pleased with him) relates that if any distress befell the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), he would say: Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, bi-Rahmatika astagheeth (‘O Living, O Sustaining, in Your Mercy I seek relief!’).
The Living (al-Hayy) is the One who alone has absolute, independent life. The Sustaining (al-Qayyum) is the One who alone needs none to sustain Him, and who sustains all things at all times, in every way. Relief (istighatha) is seeking assistance and salvation from danger or distress.

Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Mas'ood (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrated that whenever Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) used to be afflicted in any worry or concern, stressful trial, he used to recite the following supplication, 'Yaa Hayy Yaa Qayyoom birahmatika astagheeth.' (Mustadrak al-Haakim vol.1 pg.509; Shu'ubul Iemaan of Imaam Bayhaqi Hadith No.:10231) Also see Kitaabud Du'aa of Imaam Tabrani pg.47 and Majmauz zawaaid vol.10 pg.147
Another Dua for Ease Prophet Muhammad would also say:

Allahumma laa sahla illaa maa ja`altahu sahlan, wa anta taj`alul-hazna idhaa shi' ta sahlan.
Translation: Oh Allah, there is nothing made easy except what you make easy, and you make the difficult easy, if you wish. (Ibn Hibban and Ibn As-Sunni)

2. Surah Baqarah, Alif Laam Meem - Allahu La ilaha illa Huwal Hayyul Qayyum

3. Surah Ale-Imran and Wa Anatil Wujoohu Lil Hayyil Qayyumi in Surah Ta-Ha.

Zikir Membangkitkan Hati

Dhikr of reviving the Heart: “Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, la ilaha illa ant”

A saying of Ahmad b. Taymiyya which his student Muhammad b. al-Qayyim (Allah have mercy on both of them) relates in two of his books: Madarij al-Salikin and Tariq al-Hijratayn, in which he says that reciting “Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, la ilaha illa antevery day 40 times after praying the Sunnah of Fajr and before the Fard “revives the heart” and “has an astonishing effect respectively.
Another Prophetic Supplication used by Prophet Yunus (a.s) for Trials Called Ayatul Cream or the Verse of Distress.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “The supplication of my brother Dhun Nun (Yunus, peace be upon him), who called on Allah while in the whale’s belly: ‘There is no deity but You. Glory be to You! Verily, I have been among the wrongdoers’ (Quran 21:87) – no Muslim person says it, for any situation whatsoever, except that Allah Most High answers his call.” [Tirmidhi]

La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka, inni kuntu mina z-zalimin.
There is no deity but You. Glory be to You! Verily, I have been among the wrongdoers
Combining the secret of Dua of reviving the heart and Ayatual Cream as used by Qadiri-Noshahi tariqah: Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum with  La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka, inni kuntu mina z-zalimin.

 Some extra notes:

Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom used in forgivness dua of  Sidi Ahmed ibn Idrisi's dua Istighfar al-Kabir-"The Magnificent Forgiveness"

Transliteration of Istighfar al Kabir:
Astaghfirullahal 'azim alladhi la ilaha illa hu, al-hayy al-qayyum
ghaffar adh-dhunubi, dhal-jalali wal-ikram
min adh-dhanbilladhi a'lam wa min adh-dhanbilladhi la a'lam
'adada ma ahat a bihil 'ilmu wa ahsahul kitabu wa khattahul qalamu
wa 'adada ma awj adat-hul qudratu wa khassasat-hul iradatu wa midada kalimatillah
kama yanbaghi li-jalali wajhi Rabbina wa jamalihi wa kamali hi wa kama yuhibbu Rabbuna wa yarda.

Translation of Istighfar al Kabir:
I seek the forgiveness of Allah the Great, there is no god save He, the Living, Sustainer of Life, the Forgiver of sins, the Majestic and Generous. And I turn to Him in repentance from all acts of disobedience, and all sins and offenses. From every sin that I have committed intentionally and unintentionally, openly and in secret, in word and deed. In my every action and my every stillness, my every thought and my every breath, always and forever and eternally. From the sin that I am aware of and the sin that I am unaware of. To the number of all things contained in His knowledge, registered in the Book, written down by the Pen, and to the number of all that His omnipotence has created, and His will chosen, and as much as the ink of Allah’s words. As it befits the Majesty of the Face of Allah, and His Beauty and Perfection, and as our Lord wishes and as He pleases.

Its Merits:
Shaykh Ahmad ibn Idris wrote about the Istighfar al Kabir: “I sent it to one of the awliya-(Saints), so he wrote me a letter in which he said: ‘I read the istighfar that you sent me one time  and Allah forgave me allmy sins so that nothing of them remained.’ And this means that he knows that Allah forgave him, a real and true knowledge, otherwise how could he have said: ‘He forgave me’?

The salawat above of Shaykh Ahmad ibn Idris called "Istighfar al Kabir-The Magnificent Forgiveness" giving taught to him by Sayyid Al-Khidr and this happen Shaykh Ahmad ibn Idris, may Allah be pleased with him, had a meeting in the waking state, with the Prophet Muhammad, salla Allahu alayhi wa Alihi wa sallam, and al-Khidir, alayhi assalam. The Prophet said to al-Khidir: “Ya Khidir: teach him that which joins together all of the dhikrs, salawat, and prayers for forgiveness of sins, and is superior in reward, larger in number, more exalted in worth, and greater in obtaining assistance.”

Al-Khidir, alayhi assalam, said: “What is that, oh Prophet of Allah?” And so the Prophet, alayhi assalatu wassalam, taught him the Idrisi Tahlil, the Salaat Azeemiyya, and the Istighfar al-Kabir".
Here i have only mentioned Istighfar al-Kabir as for the Idrisi Tahlil, the Salaat Azeemiyya i will mention that in another post with full commentary too, the above starts at the beginning asking Allahs Forgiveness and the salawat below known as salawat Uwais, Allah is sought for this forgiveness through the same line but it appears at the end of salawat Uwais.

Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom used in salawat
Salawat with Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom linked to Sayyidi Uwais Qarni:

Allaahumma Salli 'alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadiun Wa Aalihee Wa'itratihee be 'Adadi Kulli Ma' loomillaka Astaghfirullaa Halladhi La ilaahaa illaa huwal Hayyul Qayyoomu Wa Atoobu ilaih. Yaa Hayyu Yaa Qayyoom.
Meaning: Oh Allah, bestow Your Choicest Blessings upon our Master Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) and upon his extended family and his progeny according to the number of all things known to You. I seek the forgiveness of the One but for whom there is no God, The Truly and Perfectly Alive and The Self Sustained and I turn to Him with repentance. O The Truly and Perfectly Alive O The Self Sustained.

It is highly recommended that those who seek the love and closeness to the Beloved of Allah, Hadrat Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) make it mandatory upon themselves to recite this Durood Shareef according to their capacity and the time they have available. For instance at least 11 times after each Salat. It should be recited more frequently after Isha, Tahajjud and Fajr. 100, 300, 500 times or even more. Remember though, once the frequency is fixed, be steadfast upon it!Taken from - from Shaykh Hazrat Abu Anees Sufi Muhammad Barkat Ali.

Recite 3 times and blow on your palms and rub the plams all over your body before going to meet an unpleasant officer or person. He will give you a good treatment. If recited 7 times every morning and evening Allah will protect you against all kinds of troubles.

Say 70 times morning after Far and evening after Asr

Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul 'arshil 'adheem-[“Sufficient for me is Allah, there is no god but He, upon Him I place my trust, and He is the Lord of the Glorious Throne” Quran (9:129)] (3x)

Abi Darda narrates that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Whoever says in the morning and evening, Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul 'arshil 'adheem: Allah will suffice all his matters - [both] worldly and in the hereafter. The Prophet Muhammad (s) said,  (Whomever says it) 70 times in the morning and in the evening, Allah will take care of whatever worries him/her of the matters of this world and the hereafter.” (morning means after Fajr and before sunrise, evening means after ‘Asr). (“HasbiyAllahu, La ilaha illa huwa, Alaihi Tawakkaltu”. Also recited in Wird al-Latif of Imam al-haddad

Giving Sadaqah will help with Duas being answered, Sins be erased and sicknesses are sometimes due to sins; Showing gratitude is sunnah and Allah loves those slaves who shows gratitude; gratitude earns more (ziyada) favours from Allah, Allah promises increased favours for those who are grateful and (hates misers see hadith below) "And when your Lord proclaimed: "If you are thankful, I will give you more"(14:7) and "We shall reward those who are thankful" (3:45) Allah informs us that one of Satans primary objectives is to prevent humans from being grateful.

Know about the shield of giving: "Give Sadaqah without delay, for it stands in the way of problems/calamities."(Tirmidhi) it says 70 problems that is one is shielded from 70 problems with just a small amount of sadaqah.

Saqaqah washes your sins away: "Sadaqah extinguishes sin as water extinguishes fire." (Tirmidhi) "Sadaqah appeases-(To satisfy or relieve) the Lord’s anger and averts an evil death." (Tirmidhi)

The Shade of Sadaqah: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his Sadaqah.” (Tirmidhi)  "The generous man is near Allah, near paradise, near men and far from hell, but the miserly man is far from Allah, far from paradise, far from men and near hell. Indeed, an ignorant man who is generous is dearer to Allah than a worshipper who is miserly."(Tirmidhi)

Recite; Bismillahil ladhee la yadurru ma'asmihi shayun fil ardi wa la fis-samaa-i wahuwas-sami'ul 'aleem. meaning -"In the name of God, with whose Name nothing in the earth or sky can do harm, for He is the All-Hearer, All-Knower". Recite it 3 times after Fajr and 3 times after Maghrib; Also recited in Wird al-Latif of Imam al-haddad

Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Daud narrated that 'Uthman Ibn 'Affan said that the Prophet (pbuh) said: "Whosoever says: Bismillahil ladhee la yadurru ma'asmihi shayun fil ardi wa la fis-samaa-i wahuwas-sami'ul 'aleem, three times, no harm shall come to them." And in another narration: "No sudden affliction will reach him."  Also recited in Wird al-Latif of Imam al-haddad

Also Dua of Sayyiduna Ayyub is used for Shifa as well as Black Magic and "Cupping-Hijama" is also known to take out Black Magic "Cupping-Hijama", as Hijama takes out all dirty blood and also Black Magic. Ibn Al-Qayyum mentions that the Messenger (s) was afflicted with Black Magic and was cupped on the head to treat it. He also highlights that Hijama is one of the best cures to treat Black Magic if performed correctly (Zaad al Ma'aad 4/125-126).

A hadith says thatLa hawla wala quwwata illa billah' is one of the treasures of the Garden.’ Understand the indication contained in terming it a ‘treasure‘ and you will know that its meaning is among the mysteries; for reward is of the same species as the act. The Prophet s.a.w has also said ‘Two raka’ats in the depths of the night are one of the treasures of goodness.’ Their reward comprises a hidden treasure because the time of their occurence, namely the night implies this.  Also recited in Wird al-Latif of Imam al-haddad

And in another hadith a man came to the Prophet (pbuh) and said:"What an affliction I received from a scorpion last night!" The Prophet (pbuh) replied: "If you had said, when night fell, Audhu bi kalimatillahit-taammati min sharri ma khalaq, it would not have harmed you." Also recited in Wird al-Latif of Imam al-haddad
