Satu petua nak rawat batu karang dalam kilang hempedu ( Gall Bladder Stones)
Minum 4 gelas apple juice tiap2 hari selama 5 hari berturut2
Hari ke6 jangan makan malam (dinner)
Pada pukul 6 petang makan satu sudu camca garam Epsom(magnesium sulphate) , beli dari farmasi
Pukul 8 malam ulang makan garam epsom
Pukul 10 malam . Campurkan satu cawan (250 ml) Olive oil atau sesame oil dan setengah cawan juz lemon yg fresh (perah 3 biji lemon0. Campur olive oil dengan juz lemon dan minum.
Insyaallah esok pagi buang air besar akan kelihatan batu2 karang keluar.
